The Management Associate will be responsible for assisting in the overall management and operations of the Food Bank Singapore. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the smooth running of the organization and contributing to the organization’s overall goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Operations team to oversee and manage the distribution of food to
    beneficiaries and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in the management of donor relationships, including but not limited to donor engagement and fundraising activities.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to
    improve the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and execute
    campaigns and initiatives to raise awareness of the Food Bank’s mission and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and data management systems to ensure efficient tracking of inventory, food donations, and beneficiary records.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum Diploma is preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Passionate about the mission of the Food Bank Singapore and committed to making a positive impact in the community.
