Management Executive
(Beneficiary Relations)

We are looking for a Beneficiary Relations Management Executive to join our team. You will work on strengthening the current relationships with Beneficiaries and developing new ones with prospects, review current programs and processes within FBSG to increase efficiency and effectiveness, lead different outreaches and work closely with respective departments in day to day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with prospective / current Beneficiaries
  • Conduct research and analysis for in-depth understanding on the Food distribution scene in Singapore
  • Review and streamline onboarding process of new beneficiaries
  • Lead and coordinate in planning for Beneficiary outreach
  • Oversee and liaise day to day operations with respective departments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Beneficiary contact and biographical information
  • Support and liaise with organisers for events as and when required
  • Perform other related duties when necessary

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Good understanding of social services in Singapore
  • Analytical – find and understand the needs of beneficiaries and apply with Foodbank programs
  • Knowledge in working with SSAs or SSOs
  • Training and working with beneficiaries / social workers in SSOs/SSAs
  • Social work experience (in SSAs/SSOs) will be advantageous
