Your support enables The Food Bank Singapore to provide timely food support to beneficiaries by turning food surplus to sustenance. Our work in rescuing food helps to prevent perfectly good food from filling the landfills, contributing to food sustainability.
Many may not know that it may cost more to rescue food due to the work in coordination to collect food surplus and the high costs of logistics in Singapore.
We also procure food when food donations are insufficient to meet the needs of our beneficiaries.
