The Food Bank Singapore operates independently as an IPC-registered non-profit organisation. Following our Annual General Meeting in May 2025, founders Nichol and Nicholas Ng stepped down from the Board and are no longer involved in the governance or operations of the charity. The Board is currently chaired by Dr Koh Chaik Ming, with Dr Arthur Chin serving as Executive Director.

The winding down of FoodXervices has no impact on our operations or programmes. The X-pace building, which houses our office and warehouse, has undergone a change in ownership, and we have been operating under a new landlord arrangement with minimal disruption.

We remain fully committed to our mission. In 2025, we distributed approximately 700,000kg of food, and in 2026, we launched the Back-to-School Support Programme, providing 50,000 food and stationery kits to school-going children from lower-income households.
